Reliquary and Monstrance, XVIII Century, Tuscan manufacturing.

Engraved wooden base with spiral decorations. The relatively short shaft is made of symmetric spirals curled towards the outside. There is a small decorative head at the bottom of the shaft. Monstrance has a rich embossed frame with a floral and vegetal motif. At the bottom there is the head of an open-winged Cherub. On the top of the Reliquary there is a cross with vegetal decorations. The cartouche reads: “S. VALENTINI M.”
