Chasuble, beginning of XVIII Century, Venetian manufacturing.

The chasuble is made of light blue silk embroidered in silver. It is decorated with a wavy, winding lace intertwined with stylised branches of exotic flowers. The cover is light blue. The silver braid on the border is not the original. A maniple, a bag, a stole and the veil of the chalice complement this vestment.

A datasheet from the patrimonio tessile antico of the province of Siena was dedicated to this vestment in 1993.
